There are NO tests or other academic prerequisites for acceptance into the Metro Schools of Design. Students must live in the CCISD attendance zone.

The Metropolitan Schools of Design

The Metro Schools of Design are a K-12 magnet program of the Corpus Christi Independent School District (CCISD) that focuses on creativity, innovation, and design and capitalizes on artistic learning in a unique instructional setting called, Project Based Learning. The METRO Schools prepare students for engaging program of study, each of which provides a strong foundation in the knowledge and skills necessary for success in the 21st Century.
